and..I took sorts of series photos of 'Process photos' during 3 days of the processing

hope we can memorise it forever : )

1) we started with nothing but getting those cups out..so many!

2) then we started hanging streamers at the back and cups team stapling the cups
3) this photo taken by the end of first day
4) the start of second day
5) more and more streamers
6)the end of second day
7)the exhibition day, almost done
8)testing projection on wall
9)start playing all the animation on all computers and glow-sticks on
10) DONE!

Well done everyone!

Emergence turned out awesome! Congrats and thanks for all your effort and hard work, it really paid off.

Special thanks to Julianne for her creative direction, I think I speak for all of us when I say it was a pleasure realising her unique vision. Make sure to pat her on the back next time you see her.

Also thanks to Vi who got the majority of the supplies and photography, Venus for photography, Roger for the jars and projection effects, Laura for the extra streamers, Nat for the labels, Helen Z for the flyer, Shane for IT, Trinh for her scissors and Helen C and Jordan for feeding us! Thanks also to all of you for the great animations!

And thanks to Troy for making us do it, it was good practice of setting up an exhibition and we have gained useful knowledge for our end of year show, and if Emergence is an indication, with the extra time and resources it should turn out really fantastic!

1000 Cups

hey groupy
just letting everyone know
i got the 1000 cups order today

unfortunately, for the cup team, these cups are the good quality type..meaning, the plastic is harder
good luck stapling them... =s

p.s man! my hands still smell like plasticine

OVER BUDGET

i got
1000 cups @ $80

i.e 0.08c a cup

it's already been ordered

streamers are on the way....
$2.50 i think and the roll is huge....i'm guessing 20m....

so i'll get a few of those - initially i was thinking 10....but maybe i'll just get 5 so that'll be $12.50

what do people think?
